CWO National Chairman, Niki Molnar: "Women engaging in politics is a subject the CWO need to discuss, I look forward to lots of opinions from the floor. The subjects of quotas and All-Women Shortlists will no doubt come up but both are subjects we have to debate and not be afraid to confront.
"The CWO must lead the Party on how to engage more women in politics in general, but specifically on what the barriers are, and therefore what changes need to be made, to allow more women to stand for public office at all levels."
